What does Alderson do?
Alderson Workspace is an open-source desktop application for specialized agents. General is ready now, and Designer can be installed from the registry.
Which agents are in the Workspace?
Designer, Monitor, General, Curator, Studio, and Cyber. General is ready now, Designer is installable, and every other agent shows its real access state.
What does Designer do?
Designer creates and revises products, parts, spaces, and 3D models. Generated work requires professional review before engineering, safety, or manufacturing use.
Who is Alderson Workspace for?
The Workspace is general-purpose. Alderson’s first solution focus is experiential marketing, beginning with design, production, and live environments.
What can I install today?
The first public preview targets Windows 11 on 64-bit PCs. The download remains closed until the signed installer passes clean-machine acceptance. macOS, Linux, and the other agents will follow later.
Is Alderson open source?
Yes. The desktop Workspace is built in the open. Official binaries add release signing, account access, updates, and verified agent delivery.
Is my Alderson account also my model-provider account?
No. Your Alderson account controls Workspace access. Model-provider access connects separately inside an agent such as Designer.
Does Alderson replace professional review?
No. Inspect agent output before client-facing, engineering, safety, manufacturing, legal, financial, or other high-impact use.
